To make Batch Mix: Combine the specified liquid ingredients in a big jug, let it rest for 60 minutes, then filter it , ideally through cheesecloth, making it completely strained.

When ready to serve: Add 85ml of your cocktail base into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and stir gently for about 60 seconds until cold. Strain into a frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, top with the cranberries and complete it using a quick spritz with the mandarin essence above the glass.
